Pari World has officially commissioned its new ISO 7 Class 10,000 cleanroom workshop, marking a major upgrade in both capacity and quality for the production of high-purity sanitary control valves and oxygen-service control valves — meeting the growing demand of pharmaceutical, food, semiconductor, lithium battery, and new energy applications.
Founded in 1985, Pari World is a national high-tech enterprise and a provincial research and development center, with more than 40 years of experience in special control valves. Its products serve the petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, polysilicon, lithium battery, and semiconductor industries, and are trusted for reliable sealing, hygienic-grade materials, and precision manufacturing.
The new workshop is built to ISO 7 Class 10,000 cleanroom standards, with full-dimensional control over airborne particles, temperature and humidity, differential pressure, and static electricity. It is equipped with precision machinery and testing instruments, including Doosan horizontal machining centers, Mazak CNC machine tools, SPECTRO direct-reading spectrometers, and CMM coordinate measuring machines, forming a closed-loop production system of precision machining, cleanroom assembly, sterile degreasing, full testing, and dust-free packaging.
The workshop is dedicated to oxygen-service control valves, hygienic control valves, sterile diaphragm valves, and high-purity media control valves. All oxygen valves undergo multi-stage ultrasonic degreasing and nitrogen purging to meet high-purity oxygen standards, reducing the risks of oil-induced combustion and impurity friction ignition. With the new workshop in operation, annual capacity for high-end clean and oxygen-service control valves has increased by 40%.
To date, Pari World has led or participated in the development of 23 national and industry standards and holds 41 patented technologies. Headquartered in Yongjia, Wenzhou, with a 20,000 m² facility, the company is committed to becoming a global benchmark in high-purity, oxygen-service, and clean fluid control solutions.
